Service & Support

Limited Warranty

Our warranty, in plain language

Oso covers every product against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. If your equipment has a covered defect, we will repair it, replace it, or refund your purchase price. The warranty applies to products sold in the United States and is valid for the original purchaser only.

To keep your warranty valid, follow the cleaning, maintenance, and storage guidelines in your operator’s manual. Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Oso servicing dealer. Attempting repairs yourself or through an unauthorized shop voids the warranty.

What the warranty covers

Defects in materials and workmanship on all Oso lawnmowers, batteries, battery chargers, and power units.

What it does not cover

Normal wear items like blades, tires, blade adapters, bags, and mulch plugs. Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the operator’s manual. Repairs attempted by unauthorized service centers. Issues caused by using modified or unapproved parts or accessories. Continued use of a product after a problem or failure occurs.

How to get service

Take your product to an authorized Oso servicing dealer. Do not attempt to repair or replace the product yourself — doing so voids the warranty. If you’re unsure where to go, contact us and we’ll point you to the right place.

Extended Warranty & Service Packages

Commercial equipment works hard and occasionally things break. For operations that can’t afford extended downtime, we offer enhanced warranty and servicing packages. Options include loaner equipment while your machine is being repaired and complete replacement in qualifying situations.

Availability and pricing vary. Contact your sales rep to discuss what makes sense for your operation.

Buy-Back Program

We believe in the quality of our equipment, and we are confident that our customers are going to continue to use Oso for their professional landscaping needs.

However, if our products aren’t the right fit for your operation, at our discretion, we will buy back your used Oso mowers for a portion of the original purchase price. The amount will be determined based on length of ownership, condition of the mower, and other factors.

If you’re a current owner and want to explore buy-back options, reach out to your sales rep.
